With this appointment, Dr Sonal Saxena will lead the next phase of preventive diagnostics expansion across the company’s nationwide network.

Bringing over 25 years of experience in pathology and laboratory medicine, Sonal Saxena has built deep expertise in clinical diagnostics, reference laboratory establishment, and operational leadership.
Prior to joining Redcliffe Labs, Sonal Saxena held key leadership roles at organizations such as Dr. Lal Path Labs, Apollo Clinic, Alchemist Hospital, and Diagno Labs.
Throughout her career, Sonal Saxena has played a crucial role in establishing high-quality laboratory systems and driving operational excellence.
A trained ISO 15189 assessor, Sonal Saxena has been instrumental in securing key accreditations such as NABL, CAP, and ISO certifications in her previous roles.
Her expertise in compliance and quality assurance has positioned Sonal Saxena as a recognized leader in laboratory standards and accreditation frameworks.
